I need to loose weight!

Hello,

I'm Charlotte. I'm your typical yo-yo dieter. I love all the foods that are bad for me and I don't do enough exercise. This means that I'm really struggling to loose the 3 stone that I really want to.

This is where this blog comes in. I'm going to try and test different diets and methods and my goal is to find out and tell you... HOW TO LOSE 3 STONE QUICKLY.

I plan on trying a new diet every month and updating you atleast weekly. Just think, I'll find the answer and then you can know it too!

So here goes to start...

Currently:

*Breakfast- one bowl of rice crispies

*lunch- one sandwhich, usually tuna and cheese. Crisps. Chocolate bar.

*Dinner- Chicken curry

*snacks- sweets, chocolate, biscuits, flapjack.

*weight: 14stone 8lbs.

*exercise: none



Let's loose this weight!!!
